Accessibility Statement

OneVia's commitment to an accessible website, the standards we build to, and how to report an accessibility barrier.

Our commitment

OneVia is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.

Standards

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That includes keyboard-accessible navigation and menus, visible focus states, a skip-to-content link, semantic headings and landmarks, labeled form fields with clear validation messages, sufficient color contrast, accessible modals with escape-key closing and focus management, descriptive alternative text, and support for reduced-motion preferences.

On-page controls

An accessibility control in the lower-left corner of every page lets you increase text size and enable a higher-contrast view. Your preference is remembered for the session.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new pages and components as they are published and correct issues as they are identified.

Report a barrier

If you encounter something on this site you cannot access, email support@OneViaHome.com or call null. Please include the page address and a description of the problem so we can reproduce and fix it.
