The terms that govern use of the OneVia website and the services OneVia provides to home service companies.

Acceptance
By using this website or purchasing OneVia services, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Services
OneVia provides marketing, advertising, lead generation, appointment setting, response and reporting services. The specific services, markets, volumes and fees that apply to you are described in your signed agreement or order form, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
No guarantee of results
OneVia does not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, closed jobs or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, capacity, sales process, response time and market conditions.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for responding to opportunities promptly, communicating lawfully with homeowners, honoring your published pricing and service commitments, and complying with all applicable telemarketing, texting, licensing and consumer-protection laws.
Payment
Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are set out in your agreement. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services after notice.
Intellectual property
OneVia retains ownership of its platform, processes, templates and reporting tools. Content you provide remains yours, and you grant OneVia a license to use it to deliver the services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneVia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services in the three months before the claim.
