Lead & Appointment Credit Policy
OneVia's lead and appointment credit standards: what qualifies for a credit, how to request one and the review timeline.
Last updated February 2026
What we deliver
OneVia delivers homeowner opportunities that meet the industry, service type and geographic criteria agreed in your order form. Booked estimates are additionally verified for contact accuracy, project scope and calendar confirmation.
Credit-eligible situations
A lead or appointment is eligible for credit when the contact information is invalid or unreachable across every provided method, the requested service is outside the services you purchased, the property is outside your agreed service area, the record is a duplicate of one already delivered, or the submission is clearly spam, solicitation or a test entry.
Situations that are not credit-eligible
Credits are not issued because a homeowner chose another contractor, the project budget was lower than hoped, the homeowner was comparison shopping, the appointment did not close, or the opportunity was not contacted within a reasonable time.
Response speed materially affects contact rates. Opportunities that go untouched for extended periods are not eligible for credit.
How to request a credit
Submit credit requests within seven days of delivery through your OneVia contact or by emailing support@OneViaHome.com. Include the record, the reason and any call, text or email attempts made.
Review and resolution
We review requests within three business days. Approved credits are applied to your next delivery or invoice. Recorded call and message history may be used to verify contact attempts.
Questions
Call null or email support@OneViaHome.com and we will walk through any specific record with you.
